A Compassionate Guide Through Life's Challenges

Every individual deserves to understand and express their unique needs without guilt or judgment.

Navigating relationships, understanding oneself amid familial ties, or grappling with one’s own identity can sometimes be overwhelming. Whether it’s the weight of a dysfunctional family, the fear of never experiencing lasting love, the stress of a current relationship, or the journey of understanding your own gender identity, you are not alone.

Here’s How I Can Help:

  • Rediscover your worth and voice. Through our sessions, you’ll learn to recognize and voice your needs. Let go of the fear of being a burden or feeling undeserving.
  • Refocus your life’s narrative. Your past doesn’t have to dictate your future. We’ll work together to help you carve a path that’s true to who you are and where you want to be.
  • Neurodiversity Support. If you or a loved one identify as neurodiverse, I offer tailored therapeutic strategies to address unique cognitive and emotional needs, promoting a fuller, richer life experience.

Your Journey, Your Choice: In-Person or Virtual Sessions

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I offer you the flexibility to choose how we interact. Whether you’re comfortable meeting face-to-face in my Costa Mesa office or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions within California, I’m here to support you.

Continuous Growth & Learning

Staying informed and self-aware is crucial. I consistently reflect on my own social standings and participate in community dialogues. Through consultations and collaborations with therapists, mentors, and healers from diverse identities, I continue to learn and grow. As a proud member of the SWANA diaspora and a first-generation community member, I’m always on a journey of learning and unlearning alongside my community.

Together, let’s embark on a journey of understanding, healing, and self-discovery.
